Octavio Menezes has more than 25 years experience across the world and in 14 countries in business development and General Management for leading multinationals like Nestle, Pepsico ,Procter & Gamble , Cadbury Schweppes and Xerox and has developed start-up businesses and winning management teams in markets of Russia,  Europe, middle east , Africa and Asia . He has had a successful track record in start-ups, business realignments, acceleration and expansion. This included market entry, new product launches, developing organizations and optimisation of profit formula and organisational footprints. He relocated to Portugal 4 years ago and now brings his wealth of experience to assist companies who want to scale vertically or horizontally the business into new territories and business development opportunities

Carlos Rêgo has more than 25 years experience in the Portuguese market, in commercial management and in different industries like, banks, financial services, insurance, auditing, construction and real estate. He has worked for international companies as a senior executive in ,Ernest & Young, Mercedes-Benz , AON Insurance group and also blue chip Portuguese companies like Banco Finantia and  BPI Bank . He also was a senior executive with “REMAX“ the largest American real estate brokerage company in Portugal and has extensive contacts and network in the construction and real estate development industry in Portugal
